(Philadelphia, PA) August 25, 2007 - Grand Polemarch Dwayne Murray of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated has appointed Solomon S. Bradley as the 13th Province Polemarch of the Southeastern Province. He will have jurisdiction over South Carolina, Georgia and South Africa. The national theme during this administration is "Creating Inspiration: A Call To Service". Solomon Bradley is a graduate of South Carolina State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Solomon Bradley is employed with State Farm Insurance Company as a Claim Representative. He is married to former Shelia Rose and is the proud father of one son, Christian Alexander. Solomon Bradley was initiated in the Greenville-Spartanburg Alumni Chapter in the Spring of 1984 and became a Life Member of the Fraternity in 1989. During Solomon Bradley's early tenure, he served in the capacities as chapter Board Member, Chairman of Fundraising Committee, Keeper of Records, Polemarch, Chairman of Organizational Effectiveness; Province Assistant Keeper of Records & Exchequer, Province Keeper of Exchequer and Province Planner. Solomon Bradley has served in the public interest as Campaign Coordinator through State Farm Insurance for United Way; Member, Board of Directors, New Horizons Health Care Center; President, Rise N Shine Toastmasters Club; Volunteer Coordinator for the Renovation and Restoration of the St. Mark Community Center; Treasurer, Campaign to Elect Xanthene Norris, Greenville County Council; Treasurer, Campaign to Elect Vivian Richardson, School District of Greenville County; Member, Board of Directors, Happy Hearts Community Center and Volunteer, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Phillis Wheatley Association. Solomon Bradley is a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church; he is the recipient of numerous awards for civic, humanitarian, and business achievements.
