| Grand Polemarch Announces Second Stop On Inaugural "Listening Tour" |

(Chicago, IL) August 24, 2007 - In keeping with his promise
to be more visible and open to dialogue with the membership
of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. The 31st Grand Polemarch
Dwayne M. Murray, Esq. announced he would be conducting his
second Inaugural Listening Tour session in Chicago.
In making this announcement, the Grand Polemarch reiterated his belief that, "a combination of formal conferences and informal discussions will provide the most efficient means to build consensus and better communication." Grand Polemarch Murray hopes his Listening Tours, "provide the ability to better serve the membership." The Chicago stop of the listening tour will take place with members of Theta, Theta Zeta, Kappa Phi Chicago, Chicago Heights, Maywood-Wheaton, Evergreen Park, Waukegan, Harvey-Markham, Richton Park, Evanston and Gary Alumni Chapters. The details are as follows: Date: August 25, 2007 Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm Location: Theta Omega Community Service Center - 6220 - 28 S. Ingleside Ave. The Grand Polemarch's initial Listening Tour took place in Philadelphia, where along with the Junior Grand Vice Polemarch and Grand Keeper of Records & Exchequer, he met with International Headquarters staff and a caucus of Northeastern Province Undergraduate and Alumni members August 9th - 11th. Grand Polemarch Murray said he looks forward to the open discussion and hopes Brothers in the area will come and share their views on the future of their fraternity with their Grand Polemarch.
