The Atlanta Kappa Silhouettes have enthusiastically planned for the Silhouettes of the Southeastern Province. There are so many activities planned that you cannot afford to miss this excitement. Catch the Silhouettes' Spirit in Lovely Atlanta.

On Thursday, March 29, you will be the guests of the Atlanta Kappa Silhouettes and the Kappa's at the Welcoming Event. This activity will be held at The Hall on historic Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. is named for the late Civil Rights Icon and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Ralph David Abernathy. The theme will reflect, "Georgia on our Minds" in a down home BBQ style hoe-down. Complimentary round trip transportation will be provided from the Atlanta Airport Marriott to the site of the Welcoming Event, The Hall.

Registration will start on Thursday and will be on going.

The hospitality suite, Celestial Moments of Relaxation, will be available on Thursday and Friday.

The committee has planned a historical/shopping tour for Friday, March 30. The tour stops will include the Martin Luther King Center and Lenox Square.

It is hard to contain the excitement for Saturday, March 31. After the dynamic and inspiring business sessions, the elegance of the day begins with a Champagne Jazz Brunch. This is an opportunity for you to be a true Southern Belle. Wear your hats and elegant gloves to the brunch. Have some relaxing moments before the culminating event - An Evening of Elegance. The theme for the evening: The Legends Ball: Silhouettes' Style. The attire is formal Silhouettes' Style.

Of course, a souvenir will be provided as well as other surprises. The ticket cost for the tour will be $15 per person, lunch will be on your own.

The deadline for registration is March 8, 2007.

All Kappa wives, sweethearts, significant others, and friends are invited and encouraged to participate.
