    The program is limited to not more than 400 fully paid and subscribing participants within the Southeastern Province. Fully paid members receive a lapel pin, reception during the Province Council meeting, and a numbered Life Membership card and certificate. When you become a Province Life Member, you are eliminating your payment of dues to the Southeastern Province for life.     On behalf of the Southeastern Province Officers, Board of Directors, Executive Staff and Committee Chairmen, we welcome you to the revised website of one of the premier provinces in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. We hope that you will enjoy the changes made to the website. Our goal is to continue to improve the mechanisms of communicating with and informing the Brothers of the Southeastern Province.
